Return & Refund Policy
At Tahraa, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process subject to the following terms:
Return Policy
- We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
- Reverse pickup is available at a charge of ₹200 per order, which will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The shipping cost in such cases is non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the refund approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer (a processing fee of ₹200 will be deducted) or as store credit.
- If more than 7 business days have passed since the refund was approved, contact us at shoptahraa@gmail.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, report it immediately upon delivery.
- A clear unboxing video must be shared as proof.
- If verified, we will arrange a free replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or altered items and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns are not accepted for international orders.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, first return the item you have. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed.
- If your order is cancelled after payment is processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Customers will be notified in such cases.
How to Request a Return?
- Log in to your Tahraa account and initiate a return request under the ‘My Account’ section.
- Alternatively, email us at shoptahraa@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm your request within 24 working hours.
- We will arrange a reverse pickup (charges: ₹200 per order). If unavailable, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
