Return & Refund Policy

At Tahraa, we prioritize customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process subject to the following terms:

Return Policy

  • We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at shoptahraa@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • Reverse pickup is available at a charge of ₹200 per order, which will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse. The shipping cost in such cases is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the refund approval status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer (a processing fee of ₹200 will be deducted) or as store credit.
  • If more than 7 business days have passed since the refund was approved, contact us at shoptahraa@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, report it immediately upon delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video must be shared as proof.
  • If verified, we will arrange a free replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or altered items and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns are not accepted for international orders.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, first return the item you have. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed.
  • If your order is cancelled after payment is processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Customers will be notified in such cases.

How to Request a Return?

  1. Log in to your Tahraa account and initiate a return request under the ‘My Account’ section.
  2. Alternatively, email us at shoptahraa@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  3. Our team will confirm your request within 24 working hours.
  4. We will arrange a reverse pickup (charges: ₹200 per order). If unavailable, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
