Shipping Policy – Tahraa
At Tahraa, we ensure timely and reliable shipping for all our customers, both within India and internationally.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Free Shipping for orders above ₹3500.
- Orders below ₹3500 will incur a flat shipping charge of ₹150.
- We dispatch orders within 24-48 hours from our warehouse in Gurugram, Haryana.
- Delivery time ranges between 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- We partner with Delhivery, Bluedart, and FedEx for secure and timely deliveries.
- During peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex.
- Dispatch time is 24-48 hours, and delivery typically takes 5-8 business days after dispatch.
- Import duties, VAT, GST, or any other country-specific taxes are not included in the shipping cost. These additional charges must be borne by the recipient at the time of delivery.
- We recommend adding your phone number to the shipping address for smooth international deliveries.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your shipment.
